The Cost of Water: a 4-week Water Challenge

I have been in the medical weight loss field for over 20 years. Trends have come and trends have gone. What is the one, most consistent “must do” to accomplish your goal of a healthier you? 128 ounces of water each day. And guess what? It’s FREE!!!

A trick that works for me: I have to drink 60 ounces of water each morning before I get what I really want. I don’t get my Coke Zero until I have had at least half of my required amount of water. Some days I am chugging that as fast as I can bc I feel “I need” my Coke Zero.
