How is everyone doing on stepping up to the 4-week water challenge? It is the #1 most important lifestyle change that we can make to improve our overall health.

Staying hydrated has a ridiculous amount of health benefits:

  • protects your organs, spinal cord, and joints
  • helps to maintain mental clarity and focus
  • regulates your body temperature
  • maximizes physical performance
  • aids in digestion and helps to prevent constipation
  • boosts your mood
  • makes your skin more clear and brighter
  • improves blood oxygen circulation
  • vital in nutrient absorption
  • increases your immune system
  • it can help you to lose weight

Those were just the ones that quickly came to mind. That’s a lot. I must be well hydrated :)
