Below is my email. I am asking each of you to email me 5x each of the next 5 weeks with what you have done for your activity for the day. The catch?

There isn’t really one. YOU pick your activity, YOU pick your intensity, YOU pick your duration. I am happy to provide recommendations if you need help, but I just want to see you all move more. Sometimes we need a challenge to spring forward.

Spring starts March 20th. Let’s spring into spring with a well-established, solid, healthy habit of being more active. Email me and put in the subject line “Email #1 of 5 for week #1.” “Email #3 of 5 for week #3.” “Email #5 of 5 for week #5.” I think you get what I’m asking for.

My favorite sport is basketball, and I have been coaching at all levels for over 28 years. I enjoy time with my best friend (God), time with my kids, traveling, watching all sports, and working out.
