How is everyone doing on stepping up to the 4-week water challenge? It is the #1 most important lifestyle change that we can make to improve our overall health.
Staying hydrated has a ridiculous amount of health benefits:
- protects your organs, spinal cord, and joints
- helps to maintain mental clarity and focus
- regulates your body temperature
- maximizes physical performance
- aids in digestion and helps to prevent constipation
- boosts your mood
- makes your skin more clear and brighter
- improves blood oxygen circulation
- vital in nutrient absorption
- increases your immune system
- it can help you to lose weight
Those were just the ones that quickly came to mind. That’s a lot. I must be well hydrated :)
